Below is your guide to every core component of the game \u2014 both functional and flavorful. These elements not only drive gameplay but serve as relics of the world itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hexmasters (Aspects)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Hexmaster represents one of six legendary classes:<br><strong>Warrior, Archer, Rogue, Mage, Cleric, and Druid.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each player begins with a full roster of six.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Hexmaster enters the battlefield <strong>unattuned<\/strong> \u2014 empowered only by its unique <strong>Class Edict<\/strong>, which can be used <strong>once per game<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may have up to <strong>three Hexmasters in play<\/strong> at any given time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Hexmaster is a 3D game piece composed of multiple layers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Base<\/strong> (color-coded by player)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spindle<\/strong> (vertical post that supports upgrades)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focalis<\/strong> (rotating selector)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Siglum<\/strong> (top cap, which can change to reflect status effects)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glyphexes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Ancient hexagonal relics that fuse with Hexmasters to awaken lost power.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Glyphex<\/strong> is an upgrade that &#8220;attunes&#8221; a Hexmaster, granting access to three powerful <strong>Variable Edicts<\/strong>. Each Glyphex also provides access to the <strong>3 Basic Edicts<\/strong> shared by all attuned Hexmasters:<br><strong>Attack<\/strong> \u00b7 <strong>Fortify<\/strong> \u00b7 <strong>Dash<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Players build a <strong>Lexicon<\/strong> of 12 Glyphexes at the start of the game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A Glyphex can only be <strong>used once per game<\/strong>, unless <strong>Reclaimed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each Glyphex can only be Reclaimed <strong>once<\/strong> \u2014 if destroyed again, it is <strong>permanently discarded<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Glyphexes are selected at the start of each turn and may be attuned by paying <strong>1 CE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Focalis (Selector Ring)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Focalis<\/strong> is a rotating hex ring placed atop each Hexmaster, used to <strong>select which Edict<\/strong> the Hexmaster will activate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When unattuned, the Focalis displays the Hexmaster\u2019s <strong>Class Edict<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once attuned with a Glyphex, the Focalis rotates to reveal one of the six total Edicts available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Class Edict usage is tracked by <strong>flipping the Focalis<\/strong> to its blank side once it has been used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Siglum &amp; Runed Siglums<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Siglum<\/strong> is the neutral top cap of each Hexmaster \u2014 placed over the Focalis and Spindle to secure all components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain game states modify the Siglum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th><strong>Runed Siglum<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>Effect<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Marked<\/strong><\/td><td>Hexmaster takes +1 damage from next attack<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Shielded<\/strong><\/td><td>Prevents next damage<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Rooted<\/strong><\/td><td>Prevents movement until next turn<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Silenced<\/strong><\/td><td>Cannot use Edicts next turn<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Each condition has its own <strong>Runed Siglum<\/strong> \u2014 a top cap embedded with a unique symbol or glyph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spindle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Spindle<\/strong> is the vertical center post on every Hexmaster \u2014 it holds the Glyphex and Focalis in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All components slot securely onto the Spindle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Runed Siglum caps the stack, locking the configuration during gameplay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lexicon (Glyphex Deck)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your <strong>Lexicon<\/strong> is the 12-Glyphex deck you bring into battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chosen from your full collection before the game begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No duplicate Glyphexes allowed in a Lexicon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each turn, you draw a new Glyphex from your Lexicon, whether you use it or not.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Lexicon is your tactical loadout. Building one is part of the game\u2019s <strong>deckbuilding layer<\/strong>, allowing deep customization before the first turn even begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CE Tracker (Core Energy)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Home Base includes a <strong>CE Tracker<\/strong> \u2014 a dial tracking your <strong>Core Energy (CE)<\/strong>, which fuels all actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each player starts with <strong>1 CE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of each of your turns, you gain <strong>+1 CE<\/strong>, up to a max of <strong>3 CE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may briefly hold <strong>1 overflow CE<\/strong>, usable only during your own turn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CE is the currency of Hexarion \u2014 used to <strong>attune Glyphexes<\/strong>, <strong>revive Hexmasters<\/strong>, and ultimately determine your <strong>survival<\/strong>.
