Slipstrike

Slipstrike is the Class Edict of the Rogue Hexmaster in Hexarion Conquest. It’s a hit-and-fade maneuver designed for precise eliminations and clever repositioning — classic Rogue finesse.

Tactical Uses:

  • Deliver a finishing blow, then retreat to safety
  • Trigger a kill before escaping a threatened zone
  • Break through a line and reposition behind enemy formations
  • Combo with effects like Mark for lethal burst plays

Activation Notes:

  • Useable once per game, even without a Glyphex
  • After activation, flip the Focalis ring to its blank side
  • Movement respects all normal rules: can’t pass through occupied hexes, Rooted prevents movement, etc.

Slipstrike does not appear on any Glyphex — and by design, it never will.

Here’s Why:

Slipstrike is a Class Edict — not a Variable Edict.

Appears on Glyphexes?❌ Never
Reusable?❌ No — one use per game

Class Edicts ≠ Glyphex Abilities

Class Edicts:

  • Tied directly to the Hexmaster’s class
  • Useable even when Unattuned
  • Selected via the Focalis ring
  • Once per game, no CE cost
  • Do not appear on Glyphexes

Glyphexes:

  • Contain 3 Basic Edicts (Attack, Dash, Fortify)
  • And 3 Variable Edicts from a shared pool
  • Reusable (unless repeat-restricted)
  • Only accessible when Attuned
