Backstab is a Variable Edict in Hexarion Conquest, designed for high-risk, high-reward plays that reward clever positioning. It allows a Hexmaster to deal bonus damage when attacking from behind, making it ideal for flanking maneuvers and ambushes.

Backstab – Edict Definition

Effect:
Deal 1 damage to an adjacent enemy Hexmaster.
If you are directly behind the target (i.e., the hex opposite their front-facing direction), deal 2 damage instead.
