Reclaim is a Variable Edict in Hexarion Conquest that allows you to return a discarded Glyphex to your Lexicon — giving you a second shot at a key ability combo or game-turning upgrade. It’s one of the few ways to break the normal “one-use” limit of Glyphexes.
Reclaim – Edict Definition
Effect:
Return one of your discarded Glyphexes to your Lexicon (draw pool).
It is flipped to its red side to indicate it has been Reclaimed.
Key Properties:
Attribute | Value |
---|---|
Type | Variable Edict – Resource / Recursion |
Target | Your own discard pile |
Effect | Returns 1 discarded Glyphex to your draw pool |
Visual Indicator | The Glyphex is flipped to its red icon side |
Limit | Each Glyphex can only be Reclaimed once per game |
CE Cost | ❌ None — free to activate |
Tactical Uses:
- Recycle high-impact Edicts like Silence, Arcshock, or Drain
- Extend your deck’s tempo ceiling and CE value over time
- Pairs extremely well with Channel, Cleanse, or Fortify strategies
- Gives more flexibility in long matches or grindy control vs. control games
Clarifications:
- A Reclaimed Glyphex, once discarded again, is removed permanently from the game (cannot be reused a second time)
- Reclaim does not allow choosing from the permanent discard pile — only standard discarded Glyphexes
- The red side is a gameplay indicator — the Edicts remain fully usable while in play
